24/7 monitoring for homes, small offices & home offices · No WiFi · Instant alerts

How our NB-IoT monitoring works

Designed for simple installation — no technical expertise, no WiFi router, no complex wiring.

1

Place the sensor

Set the sensor on a shelf, desk or floor in the space you want to watch. Sensors run on built-in batteries — no power cable needed.

2

Pair in the app

Power on and scan to pair. The sensor connects over the NB-IoT cellular network and appears in your dashboard within minutes.

3

Set your safe range

Set upper and lower temperature/humidity thresholds or leak sensitivity. Choose app push, email, or both.

4

Monitor & get alerted

Sensors report around the clock. If anything leaves your safe range, you'll know instantly — from anywhere.

About the technology

What is NB-IoT?

Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) is a low-power, wide-area cellular standard built specifically for smart devices.

Unlike standard 4G or 5G connections designed for high-speed browsing, NB-IoT sends small packets of data through existing cellular towers. Devices use very little power, reach deep indoors and work without local Wi-Fi, routers or external gateways.

Advantages & limitations

Built for small, important data

Plug & play

Connects directly over cellular networks with no Wi-Fi passwords, router setup or local gateway.

Years of battery life

Optimized power management lets sensors run on internal batteries for years with minimal maintenance.

Deep indoor reach

Low-frequency cellular bands can reach thick concrete, basements, deep freezers and utility pits where Wi-Fi struggles.

Event-driven alerts

Emergency triggers bypass routine intervals and send an alert immediately when a leak or temperature spike is detected.

Low data throughput

Designed for readings such as temperature, humidity and leak states—not continuous audio, video or other high-bandwidth data.

Routine heartbeats are periodic

To preserve battery, routine status checks arrive every 1–4 hours; emergency triggers still send alerts immediately.

Regional network coverage

Coverage where you deploy

🇭🇰

Hong Kong

Near 100% full coverage

Supported by major local telecommunications providers across commercial districts, residential buildings, industrial complexes, basements and utility areas.

🇲🇾

Malaysia

Main cities & key industrial zones

Strong coverage across Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru. Verify signal availability before remote rural or deep agricultural deployments.
