Before you order: check NB-IoT coverage and limits
WSMART sensors use NB-IoT cellular connectivity. Coverage is strong in Hong Kong and major Malaysian cities, but signal should be verified for remote, underground or heavily shielded locations. NB-IoT is designed for small sensor readings and event alerts—not continuous video or high-bandwidth data.

Subscription is selected per sensor
You can mix annual and 3-year plans in the same cart. Each sensor quantity uses the plan selected on its card.
Automatic renewal: Your saved card is charged at renewal unless WSMART receives a cancellation request at least 15 days beforehand. Renewed fees are non-refundable. Read terms
